Story

Zumba® as a student helped me focus on shaking it instead of what’s on the scale. As an instructor, Zumba® helped me see that I'm worthy of taking up space at any size. Dancing finalized coming to terms with my recovery and continues to help me see movement as something that brings joy, not resentment.

We hope that you can join us for 90 minutes of dancing and raising funds for NEDA! This Zumbathon® Charity Event will feature seven instructors, including two Zumba Jammers (international presenters)! 

Class will be held on Zoom Sunday, February 27, at 1:30 p.m. EST.
