We're taking part in the Marsden March, a 14 mile walk that raises money for the Royal Marsden Cancer charity.

Please dig deep, its a great cause very close to both our hearts

PS. It may only be a walk, but I have a knee with the dexterity of a wet poppadom, so it wont be easy!
