I am running 10k in Finsbury Park with my colleagues from MES on 23rd September to raise money for the North London Hospice. They do great work. Anything you can spare will go to a very good cause.

You can see from the photo that these are formidable runners feet. You can trust them to run well cant you? They look fast dont they? Your money is safe with them. TRUST THESE FEET.
