Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

For one day on Wednesday 29th January I will running with Charlie Webster, the well known TV presenter on her Big Challenge to run 250 miles over 7 days. Although I'm attempting to run the furthest I've ever run (over 15 miles) this is nothing compared to the challenge Charlie is taking on all with the sole purpose of raising money for Woman's Aid which aims to put a stop to domestic violence. 

I first met Charlie on a Triathlon training camp in Greece and was in full admiration of her ability and determination to take on new challenges. She's passionate about putting an end to domestic violence and her challenge aims to not only raise awareness about the subject but also to raise £100,000 to help those affected. Since taking on the challenge, Charlie has dedicated much of her life and spare time to training and pushing herself to the limits so that she can complete this epic challenge. 

Please help me to support Charlie by donating what you can to this worthwhile cause. I'll be running as far as my tired old legs will take me so every pound you donate might push me on that bit further.
