I am cycling 180 miles over two arduous and weather dependent days in May from Leatherhead to Gilwern (nr Abergavenny) in Wales.

Those that know me may think I am doing this for 'fun', but there is for a seriously good cause. It is in order to raise money for the Get-A-Head trust which does amazing work in the area of head & neck cancer in memory of our colleague Mel Jaggard.
