Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

I'm delighted to be a part of the Life Cycle 2 team. I thoroughly enjoyed last year's ride, and am looking foward to hitting the road again and coasting through some more beautiful parts of the UK. The challenge is every bit as daunting as it was last year. I've hit that 'certain age' when the mere fact of doing something strenuous one year, doesn't mean you can repeat the performance again the next! So, the training routine is as rigorous as before: up at the crack of dawn and puffing up the mountain roads that lead out of the eastern suburbs of KL. No mishaps so far: the stray dogs are behaving themselves, the monkeys keep themselves to themselves and I've only had to turn back once because of 'snake' issues.

It's also nice that our exertions will benefit a wide range of people - including many individuals in Malaysia and the region.

So, here's to a fortnight of jelly-babies, ice-dips and broken sat-navs...
