Story
Thank you everyone who has supported me. Just about to tuck into to pasta before an early evening to be fighting fit for tomorrow.
Out yesterday for a gruelling 13.93 mile run along the SW coast path. Am feeling it today.
Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.
2013 is somewhat of a kite mark for me as I aim to build up to running 30 miles straight and aim in 2014 to run my first 60 mile ultra (well hoping anyway). Inspired by the book Born to Run I have set up a local running adventure here in Bath to support a charity close to my heart and one I am passionate about - Transition Bath (find out more at - www.transitionbath.org). To kick start the season I, along with 4 others will be running the Bath Half on 3rd March to raise some desperately needed funds to keep us going and allow us to continue the great work we are doing in Bath.
So please take 5 minutes to sponsor me. You can do this by going to my just giving page at: www.justgiving.com/NathanBaranowski or for those with nimble fingers and on their phones you can simply text LRAN55 £5 to 70070. Every penny donated really does make a difference.

Not convinced? Here are 10 reasons why you should sponsor me:
1. I am attempting to run the Bath half in 1 hour 45 mins. That means I am out there training most days in the rain, wind and snow whilst you are probably warm and cosy in your home. Your donation to me is like a big warm hug
2. In order to meet this challenge I have stopped drinking (well I might have a couple during the 6 nations) and your donation would be the equivalent of buying me a pint next time we see each other.
3. If you have been thinking of getting out and doing something this year why not offset your training with mine £1 = 1 mile, that way we both benefit :)
4. Many of you will know that I have been slaving away volunteering a lot of hours to help Transition Bath do the great work it does to build a positive future for Bath. Donating means I can spend more time with my friends as we can recruit more volunteers to help out
5. If everyone I know was to donate a pound by texting LRAN55 £3 to 70070 I would have exceeded my target and that of the team
6. Remember being at school and learning about what the romans did for us. Well Transiton Bath will do the same. Although this charity is local, no doubt at some point you have all come to visit this beautiful city and would love to come again. Our work spans beyond city borders and is working to develop a resilient and positive future for us all
7. It only costs £2,000 to run our charity and this is what we can do with £200 - http://youtu.be/5QdJ-vYaWug. Imagine what we can do with £10,000!
8. You will be helping us to expand our local running adventure and get everyone out exploring and seeing Bath. Next time you come you will be able to go on one of our Local Trails and see some the beautiful side of Bath
9. It takes less than 2 minutes to donate online just go to www.justgiving.com/NathanBaranowski (and don't forget gift aid)
10. It is even quicker to do it via text. Simply text LRAN55 £5 to donate £5, LRAN55 £10 to donate £10 or LRAN55 £20to donate £20 to 70070.
