Springhill hospice are an amazing local hospice that provide the highest quality care, to patients from their diagnosis to the end of their life.

I have had the privilege to work with and visit the hospice over the past few months. The word "hospice" scares many people but when I visited Springhill I saw first hand how much positivity and love their is. The staff and volunteers are truly inspirational.

Not only do they work so hard to make patients as comfortable as possible but the support they give to families is amazing and essential during this difficult period.

It costs £3.4 million per year to run the hospice and only 30% comes from the NHS, 70% comes from fundraising. 

Without people donating they couldn't keep providing the highest quality care.
