Today (Sunday 5th October) Daniel and I cycled the 45 miles from Buckingham Palace to Windsor Castle. We did this on a tandem. We finished in a respectable time of 3 hours but more importantly we did it without killing each other!

We realise that we are a bit slow off the mark in asking you for sponsorship but better late than never. We rode as part of a 300 strong Accenture team for The Prince's Trust.

The Prince's Trust is a fantastic charity which supports disadvantaged young people. We would apprecaite any sponsorship that you could give for this worthy cause.

We are now off for a warm bath .... here's hoping that we don't ache too much tomorrow!
