Natalie's Wobbleberry Challenge page

Wobbleberry Challenge · 28 September 2016
Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving
page.
The purpose of the Challenge is to raise money for
Willberry Wonder Pony, the charity set up by 18 year old eventer Hannah Francis before she died of bone cancer on 1 August, 15 months after being diagnosed.
Since her Osteosarcoma diagnosis last year, the 18-year-old wrote a blog of her experiences from the point of view of her cuddly toy, Willberry. She also raised significant funds for various charities.
All funds raised will go towards bone cancer research and granting
horsey wishes to those with serious illnesses.
The challenge is to compete at a British Eventing
80 event in the autumn of 2017. To get there will require many other challenges along the way - such as getting fit, losing weight, conquering nerves, training hard, and learning the skills necessary to be able to compete safely. Eventing is the ultimate test of a horse and rider – comprising three disciplines – Dressage, Cross Country and Show Jumping, the scores from each combine to produce an overall total.
#InspiredbyHannah flooded social media for very good reason. Hannah Francis inspired thousands of people she never met, and achieved so much in her tragically short life. I want to raise money for the amazing charity she set up, Willberry Wonder Pony - and challenge myself to push myself to compete in her sport.
Hannah's story is best read in her own words - please visit her charity's website, and become a friend of Willberry. They desperately need long term commitment, to help realise Hannah's vision.
