Last year I climbed the tallest mountain in Indochina to help transform the lives of children in Vietnam. This year I'm going for the ultimate challenge of cycling my little legs off for a month to get 2000km from Hanoi in the north to Ho Chi Minh in the south. 

Why? I hear you ask; well its to raise money for our 5 incredible partner charities who do brilliant work to help break the cycle of poverty for the poorest children and youths of Vietnam. I'm not the tallest of humans, so I imagine it will be quite the comical physical workout to peddle up mountain roads, past buffalo, cows and all manor of hazards come rain, shine and humidity. 

The brilliant work your donations will support:

www. saigonchildren.com :enables disadvantaged children and young adults in Vietnam to overcome barriers to education through building schools, providing scholarships and vocational training. 

www.bluedragon.org : rescues vulnerable kids in crisis as a result of human trafficking, slavery and extreme poverty, re-uniting them with families, providing recovery services and practical solutions to everyday struggles. 

www.koto.com : 'Know One, Teach One' - empowers at risk young people by providing life skills and practical training in hospitality. 

www.liveandgive.eu : Runs schools and orphanages to help disadvantaged children in rural Vietnam.

www.facebook.com/ila.communitynetwork : Co-ordinates fundraising activities, provides scholarships and classes in shelters and orphanages to give disadvantaged children access to education. 

Riders cover ALL of their own expenses, so absolutely 100% of the money raised goes directly to the charities. Any donation, however small, will be hugely appreciated by me, the charities, and the children of Vietnam!
