In May 2015 a young talented young eventer was diagnosed with an aggressive cancer.  Hannah Francis, despite the terminal diagnosis, spent the remaining 15 months of her life selflessly raising money to #kickcancersbutt.  She shared her illness, her immense pain and her achievements and inspired many many people to join her fight.

The Wobbleberry Challenge was set up to inspire wimpy, middle-aged riders to achieve what many of us in that category don't think we could ever do - complete an affiliated event in Hannah's sport.

The next year will be tough - get fit, loose weight, overcome demons both real and imagined, find brave pants whilst holding down a full on and stressful job - but it's nothing compared to what Hannah endured on a daily basis.

I am lucky to have my lovely Smokey to join me on this journey and I look forward to sharing it with you.
