I am taking part in a 100km (60 mile) cycling challenge on 14th July with the organisation Muslim Charity to raise money for the Gaza Crisis Appeal. This appeal aims to provide urgent medical aid to those affected by the  violence in Gaza. 

Palestine is suffering every day.
