I'll be running a 10K and Patrick'll run a half marathon to support Naked Heart Foundation's effort to provide early intervention services to over 300 families across Russia. I've seen first-hand how dedicated NHF is to evidence-based, practical, and respectful provision of services. They're doing amazing work in a country that so drastically needs support, and at a time when so few others are working toward similar goals. I know it can be concerning to give money to amorphous international charities to 'help children' but this is a group I can, and do, vouch for-100%! I can honestly say it has been an honor to work alongside the amazing men and women of the Naked Heart Foundation, and I'm honored by the role I've been able to play with them in my time in Russia. 

Please consider donating to this invaluable cause. Early intervention is a cornerstone of appropriate service provision and the need for it here in Russia is vast. Naked Heart Foundation has already made great strides in this area, but with your help they can do so much more!
