Dear Friends

I'm taking part in the Alzheimer's Society - Miles for Memories on 03/07/2011 to raise money for Alzheimers Society and I'd really appreciate your support. 

The challenge is that I manage to cycle 200K (or 124 Miles) around the lovely Suffolk countryside starting at the Greene King Brewery, Bury St. Edmonds and if I should remember at any part of the day where I am, I should hopefully finish were I started from at the Brewery some hours later.

My training is going well so far.... and my point of contact with the bike is also doing well !!  So all in all and, if I should remember the date of the challenge, I hope to be collecting from who ever kindly decides to donate.
