This is it. My next big challenge. On the 24th August I will be embarking on my journey to Everest Base Camp in aid of the charity Help for Heroes, with the aim of seeing the sun rise over the summit of the highest mountain.

Help for Heroes work all over the UK to support and inspire our injured service men and women. The charity helps both the wounded and their families to come to terms with their injuries and achieve their full potential. What the wounded have sacrificed for our country is admirable and I hope you'll join me in supporting this great cause.
