I am cycling the Manchester 100 on the 1st September 2013 for Joining Jack. Joining Jack is a charity which raises awareness of Duchenne Muscular Dystrophy. DMD is a muscle wasting condition for which there is no cure. The average life expectancy for patients with DMD is 25 years!

For me to complete the 100 mile ride I need to undo years of indulgence. I have to lose a lot of weight and get fit.
