This July, I will be donning my lycra and taking part in the London to Champagne Bike Ride in aid of the Laureus Sport for Good Foundation.

The Laureus Sport for Good Foundation celebrates the power of sport to bring people together as a force for good, striving to tackle some of the worlds most concerning social issues such as HIV/AIDS, Drug Abuse, Disability and Poverty.
