I have been been lucky enough to secure a charity place in the cardiff half marathon for prostate cymru.

This is my first charity run and my first half marathon, please could you sponsor this great cause by giving as much or as little as you can, dont forget every little helps.

Prostate cancer affects 1 in 8 men in Wales and the risk increases to 1 in 3 if there is a family history of the disease.
