Hi and thank you visit asking the time to visit my page. On the 24th to 27th of September I am taking part in a charity bike ride from wellington barracks london to Waterloo Belgium along side 299 other riders to raise money for the colonels fund, a charity that has supported soldiers and the family's of soldiers since our first of three tours of Afghanistan in the last five years. The charity is close to my heart as I have had colleagues and friends injured and colleagues who paid the ultimate sacrifice in the line of duty and to see the amazing work the charity has done fills me with a great pride so I feel it my duty to contribute to a great cause.
