We are taking part in the annual CB Challenge in order to raise money for our charity of the year Mental Health UK.

Mental Health UK brings together 4 national mental health charities working across the UK.

They have over 40 years' experience of working to improve life for people affected by mental illness in England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland.

They are working together to raise funds so that more people across the UK can access support for their own mental health and for friends and family members who are affected by mental illness.

Statistics show that one if four people suffer from a mental illness! Which makes Mental Health UK a brilliant charity to be involved with.
