We support Birmingham Children's Hospital to improve the lives of sick children

Story

Me and my keeper, Maxine Cross, who is known in the world of Twitter as @aquamaxina for her fish like swimming abilities is raising money for Birmingham Children's hospital.

She's doing this in two ways.

1. By taking part in the September Wolfrun with her Financial Consultant colleagues and team mate Sarah Pearson from work (who's sharing this just giving page)

2. Taking part in the Warwickshire Sprint Triathlon and encouraging 200 other amateur triathletes to raise £30k in the memory of an amazing friend. We want to continue to prove that no matter what adversity people are facing, everyone can 'tri' and do something new and amazing for others.

Donating through JustGiving is simple, fast and totally secure. Your details are safe with JustGiving – they’ll never sell them on or send unwanted emails. Once you donate, they’ll send your money directly to the charity. So it’s the most efficient way to donate – saving time and cutting costs for the charity.

About the charity

It's bewildering and unsettling for anyone going into hospital but especially for children and that is why we are a fundraising hospital. We raise funds to enhance the experience of our patients by providing state of the art medical equipment and facilities and creating a child-friendly environment.
