On Saturday 6th August Richard Bimson, James Bradley, Regan McMillan and I took part in the 10k Total Warrior Race -  a 10km long assault course held in the Lakes District.

 

The Total Warrior challenge is not your standard trail run. The Total Warrior team worked with ex-military personnel to bring the ultimate test of strength, stamina, agility and mental determination. The unforgiving Lake District terrain along with the specially designed hardcore obstacles, meant that success is about survival and not speed. We Accepted the Challenge and brought everything we had to cross the finish line!

We achieved a commendable result of 383rd out of 1559 registered participants placing our team in the top 25%!

 

We wanted to raise some funds towards Help for Heroes and we have set up a webpage for such a purpose.
