I have now really lost the plot and have entered the UK leg of the Ironman series, which is in Bolton in July 2011... a 2.4 mile swim, 112 mile cycle, and the a 26.2 mile run... all within 17 hours maximum.

The sponsorship I want to raise will help Scope support children and adults with cerebral palsy - the most commonly diagnosed physical condition in the UK. At present Scope can only reach one in four people who need help, which is why their rely so heavily on your support. Anything that you can give will be really appreciated.
