In August my Dad and I will be doing a 30 mile bike ride along the Flitch Way in Essex to raise money for the Russ Foundation (registered as the Good Foundation in England)

The Russ Foundation is a charity in India that I really care about. They run a brilliant children's home that provides care and education for orphaned and disadvantaged children. I visited them in 2008 and made friendships with some wonderful children, I am very excited to be visiting them again in December this year.

Russ also runs many invaluable community projects, including providing healthcare to those that can't afford it in remote villages, and healthcare and support to many people living with HIV, providing vocational training to people in local villages to help them find work, and a HIV prevention programme amongst sex workers.

They really are a brilliant charity, and so worthy of donations!
