My name is Martin Leslie Jacobs I am blind, have COPD, malignant cancer of the tongue, Osteoporosis and a disorder of the central nervous system.  On April 19th I aim to complete the Greater Manchester Marathon in my wheelchair, supported by Lydia and Iain. My aim is to raise £10,000 for 3 charities close to my heart.  Clic Sargent, Trinity Winchester and The Alzheimers Society.
