Firstly, thanks to everyone for the generous donations.
The team has now grown to 7 with the addition of Mum & Dad from t'North, which now makes an 'even' split between 'true' Northerners and the Southerners in the family. 'Even' & 7? I'm regarding Sophie as being in both camps due to inheritance ;)
I will admit with only a month to go that my training will have to increase as it hasn't been progressing as much as I would like. I'm going to blame the weather and will be up to speed asap. Whatever happens I WILL complete the 14 miles.

Hi folks, thx for accessing my latest JustGiving page.
It's hard to believe that it is now almost 2 years since my treatment at the Marsden was completed and the leukaemia went into remission.
Apart from the routine medication and some minor side affects I have recovered to almost normal. The actual definition of normality depends on which member of my family you talk to !
To help others suffering with leukaemia & cancer in general I am yet again aiming to raise funds, this time for the Marsden itself .
This time the Northern Monkeys team of myself & brother in law Dean is joined by my wife Sue, daughter Sophie and sister in law Jo. Together we aim to walk the 14 miles between the Marsden sites from Fulham to Sutton on Sunday 11th March 2012.
All that I have to do now is get into training !, it's only 2 months away.
