I've had the pleasure of working with some amazing people over the years.  As well as the great times, I've also seen the devastating impact cancer has on individuals, families, friends and colleagues.

I'm raising money for Velindre Cancer Centre as it's such a critical part of the journey for people diagnosed with cancer in South Wales.

On 21st February I'll be cycling 25 miles as part of Cycle2ConquerCancer.

My inspiration for taking on Ride25 is seeing my former colleague and friend, Chris Daniel, embark on his epic virtual round world cycle - a staggering 18,000 miles of 6 months.  Chris lost his wife to Bowel Cancer in 2016 and this ride is in her memory and to raise funds to support cancer charities in the eradication of this awful disease.
