We were all in awe of Phills lands end to john o grotes last year that he had to twist our arms to get our lycra and get peddling for the BHF, a great cause that has seen there donations fall over the past few years due to the recesion.

this cycle ride in one way will go a long way to make sure that the 9 blokes doing the ride dont need there help!
