Every day I see the bravery of those facing cancer and know how it affects everyone’s lives. Every day research brings a cure closer to each cancer as well as finding new treatments.

I am cycling with Dr Tim Frank who is leading the"Inspired Living" cycle ride to raise a Million pounds for cancer research. It was the death of his wife Marey Frank, which lead to the settingup of Inspired Living in 2010.  I am delighted that the ride also promotes exercise as a way to prevent cancer.

In August 2016, thirty  people will start the route to Rome from Hampshire.Pedal power all the way. I will ride with them through Italy for eight consecutive days crossing the Italian mountains from East to West. This is at least 90 miles a day.

Please support me, Tim Frank and all the riders in raising as much money as we can for Cancer Research UK. This builds on from the last cycle trip donations of 2014.
