Had a good training ride this week folks, 68 miles through the beautiful East Sussex countryside. The hills between Seaford & Eastbourne were pretty tough but it's all good. Next weekend, back to back 70 muleta in the Cotswolds - that means more hills!! Thanks for everyone's donations so far. You are all very generous, love to all!

I, along with two friends, will be cycling the length of the British Isles from North to South - John O'Groats to Lands End. The epic journey is starting on the 14th June and will end at Lands End on the afternoon of Saturday 25th June. All the money we raise will go to our chosen charities. Our expenses, bikes, clothing, accomodation & soothing balm for our nether regions will be self funded!! We will be cycling between 70 to 105 miles daily and you will be able to follow our challenge on Twitter (@Sanmarco2nd), Facebook & a blog (if I can persuade my wife Sandra to write it). In that time we will have climbed around 26,000Ft and cycled a total of just short of 1,000 miles.

Starlight Childrens Foundation does amazing things for kids who face the bleakest of futures. The money will brighten the lives of those childrens and their families & friends as has been seen on the TV series. It's enough to bring tears to your eyes so hopefully you will chose to help me raise some money to make more wishes come true before it's too late.
