I’m taking part in Football to Amsterdam, a two day, 145-mile bike ride to the Dutch capital. Once again, I will be wheeling out my 57 year old body on a similarly ancient racing bike with only five gears and brakes that barely work!
I’ll be putting football rivalries aside to tackle prostate cancer once and for all (Last year I fixed punctures for three Tottenham fans!!).
