My Dad Passed away over 2 years ago from lung Cancer.  A day doesnt go by when I dont miss him in some way.  

After Completing My first Half Marathon earlier this year I decided to enter A full marathon. Because a marathon is a pretty big deal I thought I would use the oppurtunity to raise money for Roy Castle as this is a charity my family donate to regularly.

I`ve been training really hard and will finish even if it means crawling accross the line!
