Those of you who know me well will know that my beautiful wife has breast cancer. I decided to do something to help research into illnesses such as this in the only way that I felt showed people how committed I am to the challenge - and that gave people the opportunity to give knowing that their money would not be funding needless animal deaths and would actually fund real science.

Therefore I will be having my 20 inch ponytail cut off and my head shaved to help raise vital funds for The Doctor Hadwen Trust as it funds vital research into many human diseases using human tissue and stem cells.

The ponytail, once plaited, will go to help children who lose their hair to cancer and the rest will be completely removed to match Sue's wonderful, shiny, bonce.

Thank you for doing your bit to help The Doctor Hadwen Trust fight cancer and many other illnesses.
