We lost our mother in 2016. 

I swum 8 Km last 25 years ago, as I had a farm accident requiring ankle reconstruction and was due to run the London Marathon that year in the early 2000's. In place of the marathon I completed an 8Km swim to retain the funds for Whizz Kidz Charity.

This swim is to remember my mother and to give money to children, her dearest subject. 

Having worked with autistic children I know many of the brilliant minds that lie beneath and giving them support is essential. 

FACT is a new charity and I would be very happy if you could get behind their work and support autistic children.
