Margareta's Wobbleberry Challenge

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.
Hannah Francis was a young event rider who, sadly, lost her life earlier this year to an aggressive form of bone cancer. The charity born from Hannah's legacy, Willberry Wonder Pony, is dedicated to raising money not just for research but also to grant horsey related wishes to very ill people and their families.
Having lost my Mother to cancer and seeing first hand through work the devastating effect all types of cancer has on everyone involved I am feeling inspired and motivated to do my bit and help #kickingcancersbutt
So now for the hard bit!... My challenge is to compete in a BE 80 competition Autumn 2017. "Easy" I hear you all say; NOT says my tummy! British eventing involves covering all 3 riding disciplines (that's dressage š°, show jumpingš AND eventing š) to a high standard and jumping fences and obstacles at a height of 80cm all in a one day event. Whilst I can ride (reasonably well I think), love a show jump and have kindly been given the loan of my daughters pony who has never done this either (thanks Kasia!), dressage is alien to me and I only pick and choose nice looking xc jumps.... wish me luck!!
This all involves hard training, fitness, commitment and 'balls' so I'm up for this challenge in honour of my mum, Hannah and all of you...
