I have entered the Wobbleberries fund raising challenge  - riders who wouldn't otherwise do so are training to compete in a One Day Event (dressage, cross country & show jumping) by autumn 2017.  We are raising money for the charity Willberry Wonder Pony, inspired by 17 year old eventer, Hannah, who was diagnosed with cancer and died earlier this year. This charity is raising funds for cancer research and to make equine wishes come true for seriously ill young people. Willberry, a soft toy horse was Hannah's mascot and the is the mascot of the charity. 

Having lost my wonderful stepson Chris and my fantastic friend Isabel to cancer, this is a cause extremely close to my heart.  I know the power of horses to bring joy and comfort, so it is a great idea to include the granting of equine wishes in the charity's work. And there is the added legacy of getting lots of riders to conquer fears that are holding them back from their personal dreams.
