Starting on July 9th 2013 I am walking from Lake Geneva to Nice, which is about 500 miles. I have decided to do this for the charity 500 miles. They aim to support amputees and other disable people in Malawi and Zambi by helping to provide life-changing prosthetic and orthotic devices. In these countries less than 5% of the disable community have access to prosthetic or orthotic rehabilitation.

Walking 500 miles will be a challenge but I am proud to support the 500 miles charity
