During the last 5 years I have lost my parents, my brother in law and my dearest friend to cancer.  Indeed only this week my step mother has been diagnosed.  I would love to never hear this horrible news ever again and anything I can do to help to make that happen will be time and effort well spent.

To raise money I am going to ride a BE80 on my daughters horse, William, before the end of september 2017.  As those of you who know me know, I am a dressage rider and leaving the ground for any duration of time is simply not my thing. The last time I competatively jumped a horse was far to many decades ago.  Riding cross country fills me with dread!.  Poor William.  In any event my fear is palpable so much practice will be needed.  This will be no mean feat for me, William will have to be very patient and my poor trainer Sam even more so.  I suspect large quantities of gin will be consumed over the forthcoming months.
