Story

A soldier's ultimate sacrifice, though made for his or her country, ultimately belongs to the soldier's loved ones.  Please offer your support to the Forces Children's Trust a charity devoted to helping children in need whose father or mother has died, or has been seriously injured, whilst serving as a member of the British Armed Forces.

"To help a child is an honour."
To assist this very worthy cause, my wife and I will be taking part in many organised and unsual events in the next two years.  These will be listed below:

03/07/10   Moonlight Colourthon - Southend, 13.5 miles

31/07/10   24 hour Thunder Run Marathon - Derby, 24 hr run

17/10/10   Cardiff Half Marathon 13.1 miles
