Dougie and I have decided to take on the mammoth challenge that is the Spar Great Ireland Run on 15th April this year in memory of Gareth.

Ok.. its only a 10k but we have to start somewhere and hope that every year we will be doing something in honour of Gareth.

We appreciate it is only a small event this year but would really appreciate any donations, however big or small that we will be donating to leukemia and lymphoma research.

To get the ball rolling Dougie and I will be donating £100 between us so anything you can add would be a huge bonus.
