Why?

Hannah Francis was a talented  young event rider who's life was tragically cut short by bone cancer. She inspired thousands of people she never met by her approach to her prognosis, and achieved so much in her short life. I want to raise money for the amazing charity she set up, Willberry's research, funding bone cancer research and Willberry's  Wishes which gives others facing similar devastating challenges,  respite through 'once in a lifetime' equestrian opportunities and experiences  - and personally challenge myself  to compete in her sport - Affiliated Eventing

​What?​

The challenge is for Duncan (Darragh III) and I to compete at, and hopefully complete, an affiliated British Eventing event by the end of the 2018 season. To get here has posed many challenges - conquering nerves, injury and training in the skills necessary to be able to compete in all three disciplines:  Dressage, Show Jumping and Cross Country.
