Hi everyone,

Just a quick message to say thankyou for visiting my page and I hope you will be able to support me. I did the run a couple of years ago and didnt get a bad time so I aiming to be fitter and quicker this year!

My charity this year is Macmillan Cancer Support who i know do great work.
