On the 20-21st November I will be doing a sponsored 24 hour fast in order to raise money for UNICEF's Yemen appeal.

The Yemen crisis hasn't got much coverage in the media but it's destroying the lives of millions of children. 9.9 million children are in need of humanitarian aid. 2.5 million children are at risk of water-bourne diseases, 1.6 million children need urgent aid to treat or prevent acute malnutrition and 1.8 million are out of school due to fighting.

Your donation will go to UNICEF's work on the ground, providing vaccines, food, clean water as well as re-integrating children into the education system.
