This Friday night I'll be getting down and dirty in Clapham Common as I take part in the 5km Tough Mudder. I'll be set on fire, electrocuted and be running through snakes as I barge my way through the course.

That's actually a lie but on a legitimate note, this will be in aid of The Prince's Trust helps young people get into work, education and training - it really does change people's lives.
