Hi everyone,

I'm doing a sponsored 50km walk for the lovely Rainbow Trust (http://www.rainbowtrust.org.uk/) on Saturday 13 September. They're an amazing charity providing support for families who have a child with a life threatening or terminal illness, so it's a really fantastic cause to get walking for!

I'm notorious for never going to the gym, so hopefully a 50km walk is a substantial enough effort to go beyond my daily walk to and from tube stations! It's going to take over 12 hours to walk (non-stop), so wish me luck!
