Memory Walk
Campaign by Alzheimer's Society (RCN 296645)
This year over 110,000 people walk united, against dementia. We aim, with your help to raise over £9 million to help anyone affected by dementia.

Story

I haven't set a fundraising target because we are grateful for any donations.

This year I am talking part in a memory walk for Alzheimer's UK charity to raise money in memory of my nanna who lost the battle to this cruel disease back in 2013.

Any donation would be amazing, even a 1p is more than enough!

This charity has a strong meaning to myself and my mum who is also taking part in the walk. On some occasions my own nanna would not even recognise me because of the Alzheimer's, but on her good days she would and that made us all so happy.

My nanna was a strong, independent out going women who I looked up to in my life and unfortunately is not here now to see us all continue on our journeys. She would be so proud of everyone taking part.

Myself, my mum and a few close family friends are not only walking in memory of my nanna but we are walking for Dot who is still battling this horrible disease to this day.

We would be very grateful to any donation!
