Story

Hello! Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

five of us from the Neonatal Unit at Birmingham Heartlands Hospital will be taking part in the BUPA Great Birmingham half marathon Run in October 2013 to raise money for the "Newborns in Need" Charity. We have managed to rope in a Consultant to join in as well as us 4 nurses to try and raise money for this amazing charity.

We are all training hard to complete the run as raising money to help the babies that we care for on a daily basis is very important to us.

All the money we raise will go towards purchasing necessary equipment and also towards non essential items that help to make both parents and their sick baby's journey with us that little bit easier.

It doesn't matter how big or small the donation, every penny counts towards the Newborns in Need Charity at Birmingham Heartlands Hospital.

Donating through JustGiving is simple, fast and totally secure. Your details are safe with JustGiving – they’ll never sell them on or send unwanted emails. Once you donate, they’ll send your money directly to the charity. So it’s the most efficient way to donate – saving time and cutting costs for the charity.

So please dig deep and donate now.
