Story

On Sunday 10th February, Kensington Symphony Orchestra will be taking to the atrium in Westfield Shopping Centre (Shepherd's Bush) for a 6-hour playing marathon. 25 guest conductors - some with no previous experience - will be waving the baton. And I will be one of the violinists attempting to follow them while simultaneously avoiding arm and backache.

70% of funds will go to WarChild, a fantastic charity with a long history of fundraising through music. The remaining 30% will support KSO's work with Pimlico Academy and the Kampala Symphony Orchestra in Uganda.
