Story
Hello and thanks for visiting my sponsorship page!
I know times are hard at the moment, but I'd like you to take time to read through this:
On 14 to 17 June 2012, I will be taking part in the Football League Arch to Arc bike ride raising money for Help the Hospices. This challenging three-day bike ride starts at Wembley Stadium and finishes at the Arc de Triomphe, Paris. We will be cycling a gruelling 245 miles over 3 three days through England and France come rain or shine so we will be earning every penny of sponsorship we manage to raise!
The money raised will go to Help the Hospices who do amazing work supporting hospices around the country. You can watch a video about their work at www.helpthehospices.org.uk/about-us/. ANYTHING you are able to donate will make a huge difference, whether it be £1, £2, £5 or up to £100 ALL donation will be gratefully received.
I'm sure all of you know of someone who has suffered from cancer. Whether or not they've been in a hospice, or had the likes of McMillian to care for them in their own homes, we all know someone who has receieved support from these people.
I have decided to do this in memory of my nan who died of cancer in 2007. Also for my sister-in-law who died of cancer, and all my other friends that have died, or have suffered, or are suffering from cancer.
Thanks for all your support!
